25.01.2022 Its getting hot outside!!, Smoothie season is back!! CHERRY SMOOTHIE DESCRIPTION... Coconut milk is rich in healthy fats, which helps curb your appetite and give you energy. The berries and cherries lower the glycemic index making it a great after dinner treat. This smoothie has also been called Coco-Cherry Berry Cooler. Also cherries are great for gout sufferers. INGREDIENTS 1 cup fresh kale 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened 1 cup cherries 1/2 cup blueberries INSTRUCTIONS Blend kale and coconut milk together until smooth. Add remaining fruit and blend again. NOTES Use at least one frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold or serve over ice.

This position is full time salary (minimum 40 hours) and you cannot run your own thing on the side outside of BFiTT. The more hours you can put in, the faster you will grow and succeed. 6 Be willing and hungry to learn our methods and ethos so you fully understand what we teach The role of a BFiTT fitness specialist or coach is quite different to most roles in the health industry - the role isn't limited to training only. All the chickens for helping us out for breakfast and a Special mention needs to go to Our amazing Hayley for the homemade slice and goodies :) . -------------------- ...
