16.01.2022 Whilst eating equates to approximately 80% of any body composition goals you may have, it is essential to partner this discipline and healthy diet with a balanced exercise routine. The following is a short body weight program that can be done anywhere anytime with a basic chair or a park bench. Do Program A then have 60 secs rest, then do Program B and have 60 secs rest and repeat the whole process 5 rounds.... Program A: Squats Push-ups Lunges Dips Bulgarian Lunges x15 reps per exercise No break between exercises Program B: Squat Jumps Split Jumps Star Jumps Burpees Mountain Climbers x15 reps per exercise No break between exercises

12.01.2022 >>>Friday Fact Day<<< How important is water on Fat Loss??? Did you know that with every 1 gram of Carb your body stores with it 3mL of water. The process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently therefore it is a vital component of any Fat Loss program. When burning calories your body creates toxins and water plays a vital role in flushing them out of your body.... I recommend drinking 2 litres of water a day to begin with and for every hour of exercise you perform in a day add another litre to avoid dehydration.

They don't just make you fat....they make you age faster.... When comsumed these agents get into your tissues and they make them thicker and more fibrous. So while you may justify to yourself that chocolate makes you feel better at certain times of the month ladies you are slowly eating your way to wrinkles as well as false teeth. Happy Friday!

Currently reading "50 Questions to Free the Mind" and came across two crackers (that stand out above many) that I think are important to ask ourselves: 1. What one thing have you not done that you really want to do? Whats holding you back?... 2. Are you holding onto something you need to let go of? Our baggage that we carry will only hold us back from living the life and achieving the goals we really want to. If we let go of our baggage it will set us free us to pursue the things in life we really want. You can have all you want in life if you give up the right to feel like you don't deserve it and rid yourself of the barriers holding you down. My question to you is what is holding you back? And what are you going to do to break through your barriers and live the life of your dreams?

They are used as the bodys first source of energy and help to metabolize both protein and fat so are essential in any eating plan.... When consumed they are either stored in the muscles and liver for use later or are burnt off during exercise. When our carb tank becomes full they are converted to body fat. Eat carbs in the early parts of the day (especially those high in vitamins and minerals for example, most fruits and vegies, and avoid those high in starch and sugars) and taper them down throughout the day for best results on a fat loss program.
