15.01.2022 NEW TRAINING BLOCK 8wk training block kicks off tomorrow & this is always our most popular training program of the year. After working on OVH & anti-rotational work in the last program to prime our bodies for our big lifts. ... This program we will lift the intensity focusing initially on increased muscular endurance. Plenty of volume to kick off the first half of the program before we progress to more strength & power to end the block. Looking forward to some ripper sessions next week. See more
