One third of our koala population, burnt alive. More than 6.3million hectares of native flora - gone. Over 1,300 homes destroyed and a death toll currently sitting at 25. Homes and lives lost, communities and families shattered. Let’s come together to support our fellow Australian’s in need, in the best way we know ...how - SWEAT. It needs to be recognised the incredible job Victorian’s have done to demonstrate to one another the willingness to adapt and persevere over the past 6 months. ... We believe that for a lot of you, your physical activity is the way you manage stress, anxiety and mental health and that it needs to be prioritised on the way out of stage 4 restrictions. Along with a group of other Victorian health and fitness business owners, we are urging the Victorian State Government to prioritise your mental wellbeing and allowing our industry to be a part of the solution by letting you return to your physical activity at your studio or gym sooner. 14.01.2022 This is the session in writing for those that may be having any lagging issues Mixed Hyper 10 exercises. 3 sets per exercise. working 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. 30 seconds to change exercise.... Warm up: 2 rounds - squat and press - push up with rotation - swimming - V sit exercise 1: 3 sets - 4 point hip extension, 10 each side progression - use resistance bands exercise 2: 3 sets - side lunges, 8 each side progression - add weight exercise 3: 3 sets - wall sit, 40 seconds progression - add weight or single leg exercise 4: 3 sets - back extensions, 15 reps exercise 5 and 6: 3 sets on each - single leg hip extensions off bench or chair, 12 reps regression - both legs on bench or off floor exercise 7: 3 sets - V sit with rotation, 10 each side regression - without rotation exercise 8: 3 sets - incline push ups off bench, 12 reps regression - off floor, or on knees exercise 9 and 10: 3 sets on each - side plank hold, 40 seconds regression - standard plank

08.01.2022 We are super excited to be announce as of Wednesday 25th of March BFT is launching BFT2U our awesome home workout program, to motivate, inspire and allow our members achieve the same incredible results from the comfort of their own homes or wherever they choose to workout. We are able to offer our members the same great BFT programs straight to your phone/pc that looks just like one our own screens! Your workouts will align with the awesome programs you are used to... (minus some equipment) so you continue the same training we do in club. Your weekly membership rate will automatically be reduced to $19 per week plus GST for full access to BFT2U daily workouts, live streaming training sessions with BFT Head Trainers, nutrition advice, regular check ins with your fav BFT trainers & Myzone MEPs competitions. 05.01.2022 Morning guys! Day 2 of the home workout today, nice change of pace from yesterday with a real focus on high reps with time under tension and a real leg and core burner.. Few things to keep in mind, keep a chair or small bench handy for your single leg hip extensions. Also keep note with that exercise there is 6 total sets so 3 on each leg or 6 with both if you need to regress.... Wall sit you can do single leg if you want to progress it. And if you are looking to progress exercises by adding some weight then feel free to always get creative with objects around the house (eskys, filled water, juice & milk bottles/jugs/plastic bags etc) Remember to always keep your eye on the rep ranges and myzone heart rate targets to help with the correct tempo you should be working at! Have a great session guys, keeping up a good routine will go a long way! And remember to keep posting myzone results and pics through your socials to keep us all motivated and accountable!
