06.01.2022 WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION: Jessica Berry Introducing Jess Berry, TERRACE Brand Manager and this month’s wonderful woman in construction! Jess has been with BGC for many years, and worn many hats within the Group. From her start in Human Resources in her early 20s, Jess then ditched her heels for some steel caps to become the first female Construction Supervisor for BGC Housing Group. In a position where females make up just 0.02% statewide, Jess’ journey as a role model wi...thin the industry had well and truly begun. From here, Jess worked across various roles in Project Management, Business Development and Sales Management before taking on her current role as TERRACE Brand Manager. Jess’ drive is something that we all admire, however she also attributes her journey down multiple career paths at BGC to the support of key managers who have challenged and encouraged her throughout the years.
