22.01.2022 Yesterday i was contacted by Lou Donnini who has just moved into a unit we built for a previous owner in Greensborough. The unit is 8 years old now. Lou had an issue with the water pump and i gave him some information that will hopefully help sort it out. We go talking and he commented on the craftmanship of the home so i asked him if he could post a review. As he doesnt have facebook i asked if he could email me the review and i would post it. We recently purchased,& are the owners of the home & we are very impressed with the design, quality & workmanship of the build which is 2nd to none. 21.01.2022 This is the last of our pictures of the Victorian Home at Riddell's Creek. The Entry has a wonderful Leadlight Surround and double doors into the Kitchen/Meals/Family Room. Tesselated Tiles with a Norwood Border link the outside Verandah to the main Living areas and give the room its own character. Even the Ceiling has an ornate plaster panel - a smaller version of the one in the adjoining Living Room. The Living Room features a Bay Window, Traditional Fireplace with Sleeve... Tiles and Granite Hearth and magnificent Swags and Tail Curtains. Finally the Study is complete with a Timber desk, Wall Cabinet and a Chesterfield of course. 19.01.2022 Once again we are highlighting a Period Home in the Victorian Style. Our home sits on acreage in Riddells Creek but would also look fabulous on a wide fronted block. This week we are showcasing their magnificent kitchen. The large Mantle is flanked by two ornate period Archways. One into the Passage, the other into the Butler's Pantry. The Mantle frames a beautiful display of tiles, set on the diagonal and bordered with a Tile Cap, Plain but Elegant. The stunning Island Bench integrates the area adjoining the Meals Area. It's ideal for casually sitting having breakfast or a coffee and then also perfect for a Buffet Spread. Two gorgeous feature lights finish off this truly magnificent kitchen. The kitchen is the most important room in the Home. It is the Nucleus or Heart of any Home.

08.01.2022 We are proud to Showcase this Reproduction Victorian Home. Built on magnificent acreage at Riddell's Creek, this home has all the hallmarks of the Period. With perfect symmetry to the front elevation, the verandah features Victorian Style Posts, Metal Capital Moulds and is adorned with Victorian Lacework. The Steep Pitch Roof has a Shingle style tile whilst Red Bricks are the perfect Facade. Leadlight Glass highlights the Front Door and Ornate Timber Surround, whilst the Ba...y Windows have unique timber mouldings that add interest and warmth to the front of the home. 08.01.2022 Here we are highlighting a Period Home in the Victorian Style built with views of the Macedon Ranges. We are showcasing the Alfresco with Vaulted Ceilings to add space, Regency Pine Lining Boards for authenticity and Chunky Verandah Posts with Capital Moulds & Base Blocks to compliment the Theme. The flat Timber Hand Rail doubles as a Ledge for drinks, whilst watching the Sunset or Children in the Pool. Fans and a Heater add to the comfort in different weather conditions. Not visible in this picture is a 3/4 high rendered wall to house the outdoor kitchen, This is flanked by two acid etched glass panels which gives the area a unique feature and adds light. These are both important points that we incorporate in our homes.

07.01.2022 Thank you Carolyn for letting me revisit your property and reminding me what a special home it was. I can see how proud you are of it and we are too. Despite its 10 years of age it still looks brand new. Being Federation Style - the Red Bricks, Terracotta Roof Tiles and Tessellated Veranda Tiles are ageless. Inside the Leadlight entrance door surround, the plaster Arches and the Cornices are elegant features still being requested in the homes we are currently building. ... The Period Style Tiles with borders and caps in the Powder Room haven't dated and your Kitchen is very much on trend. The Federation style is not going out of fashion:- it is Timeless and your home illustrates this.
