25.01.2022 I miss training with my friends every Tuesday at @elementscollective. It was my most social part of my life and a regular catch up with my close friends of nearly 20years, plus breaking is seriously the best fitness training you can do in my opinion. I haven’t trained once since COVID lockdown happened. Depression, stress and no normal routine have a lot to do with it. But I’ve spoken to a few friends this week and I’m not alone. I hope to get back to training soon ... even... if it’s from my garage in iso haha. Gotta bring back #AirflareTuesdays haha @anchordigital for #fortitudedoco
