11.01.2022 Theres been a lot of things that have held me back in life. Anxiety, not believing in myself, fear of failure, but the biggest thing would be perfectionism. Picturing something to be "a certain way in my head" and when trying it and not suceeding, giving up. Or even not trying at all as the desired outcome seems too far out of reach. If this resonates with you at all, its time to lower your standards. In the last point, number 5, it sums it up perfectly. Just get moving, you can always fix up mistakes later. 05.01.2022 I really believe designers hold an important place with start up businesses or rebranding businesses. The difference between free generic logos and professionally designed ones is stark. Generic logos will date quickly, look the same as everyone else’s generic logos and there’s simply just no edge.
