24.01.2022 Unfortunately, we have had a few clients no show/running late cancel their appointments. This has meant we have been unable to fill the appointments, waiting around and eager clients still on our waitlist. We do require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Booking confirmations are send via email/SMS prior to your appointment to ensure you have plenty of time to notify us. Our cancellation policy is outlined on our website, in salon and across socials. By booking,... you agree to these terms and conditions. We of course understand that sometimes things come up. Certain circumstances may be unavoidable and we will always respect this!
