23.01.2022 Thank you so much everyone for being there yesterday. This journey that has led us up to this stage has been quite interesting and definitely with more ups and downs. There are a lot of people I would like to thank for making this event a huge success. First of all a big thank you to Kumaradevan anna Aatheswaran uncle and Uma aunty, not only for being a great support for Api akka but also for providing us with food, drinks (special mention to Milo and tea), motivation and lo...ve I'm also very grateful to all the talented musicians for always bringing the best for us. Without you this production wouldn't have been possible. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our Lakshmis who worked very hard inside the green rooms by making all the impossible costume changes possible. Special mention to our very own Uma aunties, Kala Aunty, Rupa aunty and other mums who assisted with costume/hair changes. I also would like to thank Athyban for letting Api akka "visually see" what she wanted by doing wonders with the lighting and Varuni akka for being an amazing MC. Also would like to thank Pakeerathan anna, and "the boyz" for your assistance and Pappu uncle and team for sound. I would like to thank Meredith St uniting Church, Burwood community centre and Canada Bay civic hall for providing us with the rehearsal venue. Special mention to Yoga group members for adjusting your schedule for our rehearsals. I also would like to thank Rathy aunty and Gaanalaya Fine Arts for being flexible and cooperating with us in the best possible way ever. Further, I would like to thank all the mothers who have provided us with food during rehearsals. I also wish to express my gratitude to friends and families of the participants who were forced to make plans around our rehearsals. A big thank you to all students of Bharatalaya Dance Academy, Sydney. Special mention to some of our Bharatalaya girls Prasanna akka, Nishitha (Maharaasi diaries), Divassini, Keasa and Arulchelvi akka for assisting with make up. Smrithi, Vijayal and Shankari for assisting with face painting. Aruthy for the amazing costume designs and for being the right hand of api akka throughout the show. Shanks for those woww backdrops. I must mention our senior girls for their endless amounts of hardwork and dedication towards the show despite all the exams and injuries and their families and friends for their constant support. I also would like to thank our beautiful Lakshmi Guru, Api akka for letting us explore ourselves, and not only giving us a platform for dance but also for our other talents and for being our inspiration. At last but not least, thank you Abayakaram organisers for providing us with this amazing opportunity and the audience for being there and supporting us! ~On behalf of the production team Mathumai Koneshwaran Public Relations ~ #abayakaram2k18 #doneanddusted #wemadeit #anbulievable

16.01.2022 I take pride in being able to work with some very talented artists, both established and up and coming. Nurturing these talents is a community responsibility and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to showcase our dance school’s talents in dance, organisation, stage management, nattuvangam among others at @Kalaikolam2019 by The Saiva Manram. Support from parents has been invaluable and I hope we continue to provide opportunities and experiences for our budding artist...s! 09.01.2022 It was ten years ago to this day that the sounds of theyya they permanently entered into our lives in the form of a couple of (very cute) four year olds. Many more have since joined us and shaped us in our journey in making this humble dance school the proud institution that it is. To my parents, husband, children, inspirational gurus, dedicated parents, family, musicians, friends of the school, well wishers, community and charities we perform for - thank you so much for your continued and tireless support. To my students both past and present. You're amazing. May dance always be a part of your lives.

08.01.2022 Taking this opportunity to showcase the entire school on stage and senior girls as part of the live orchestra on nattuvangam. Please do come and enjoy the show - we are on first from 5.30pm @ Bowman Hall, Blacktown
