19.01.2022 On Tuesday this week we are switching to Vincenza Coffee. Rock Beans flavours. Vincenza coffee beans have a unique stronger and deep flavours and the variety that we will be using is derived from smoked hazelnut, maple syrup and stewed rhubarb. 15.01.2022 We have more Rhum and more Brandy and we are making more Christmas Cakes, don't wait until the Christmas Week to get one cause we will be too busy baking bread. Don't miss out.

14.01.2022 Christmas Eve trading, if you have placed an order for bread or bread rolls, please pick up your order in the morning. Our baking capacity is limited and once we run out of bread we will be closing. We still have some Rum Balls, Rocky Road and Fruit Mince Tarts available. We are down to the last 12 Christmas Cakes.

14.01.2022 We are looking for a Junior person who may be interested in around 20hrs of retail work per week. Ideally they should be about 17 years old, be polite, well presented, have transport and a license. I am after someone from the local area, Howard, Torbanlea, Toogoom or Burrum Heads. 14.01.2022 Seasons Greetings to all. We are taking a few days break back on Sunday for all of your fresh bread and rolls.

13.01.2022 It's still a bit cold outside, so why not warm up with a fresh hot pie or sausage roll. We are baking more sausage rolls at the moment, seems they are quite popular. You can also sit down for a Grinders Coffee and enjoy a cake or slice for morning tea in the sun.

10.01.2022 Due to the power outage last night there is no bread today, however I was able to bake off some pies, sausage rolls, cakes and there is always coffee available

08.01.2022 Week starting November 8th we plan to go back to seven days trade. We have been lucky enough to employ two new employees after advertising for weeks on end. Like many other business across the Fraser Coast finding new employees has been difficult which is why we had to close an extra day here and there. We say good bye to Siara who is moving to the Proston Kingaroy area and wish her well in her next adventure.

07.01.2022 Happy New Year everybody. We are taking a day off to recuperate from a hectic week just gone. We will be back up and running on the 2nd January for all of your healthiest fresh bread and rolls plus hot pies, sausage rolls, cakes and Vincenza Coffee.

We are carrying a good range of tasty products across the shop, our staff are working hard and doing a great job. Thanks to William our dedicated Baker, Pascale our talented Pastry Chef and our retail ladies, Elvie, Siara and Kate who try their best to serve you. 01.01.2022 We have been thinking about our cake and pastry goodies and what to make that's a bit different. Pascale our Pastychef said lets make Apricot Pies and Apricot Slice. If you wanted one you better hurry, they are only $4.00 each and with all that fruit they must be good for you.
