03.01.2022 Crystal Lazarus completed her year 11 and 12 at Box Hill Institute in 2017 and 2018. She completed a Certificate III in Beauty Services (SHB30115), and then und...ertook the Certificate III in Community Services. "I loved my time at BHI; it was the first time I have ever had teachers care about not only my wellbeing but also how much I learned, not just the work I submitted. I am currently studying the Certificate IV in Youth Work (CHC40413). In my time between returning to BHI I have used many skills I obtained. I offer my Makeup and Beauty services on the weekends, helping people get ready for events or just wanting to get a little done up and I’ve also worked in aged care facilities thanks to my Community Services Certificate." Well done Crystal! We are so proud of everything you have achieved!

We at Youth Programs couldn't agree more with Fiona. We've had a few girls this year undertake a trades pre-apprenticeship and they have all loved it.
