16.01.2022 The next phase of civil works at BHL’s latest master-planned residential and commercial community, Oxley Ridge, is underway. We recently achieved our first project milestone with the completion of major bulk earthworks. It’s great to have Western Earthmoving on-site at Cobbitty, moving ahead with civil construction works. Completion is targeted for early 2021. 10.01.2022 Congratulations to ‘Team Walkaholics’, who have won the BHL staff #STEPtember challenge! The team, Paul Hourigan, Chao Jiang, Alex Hancock and James Rendall, collectively took over 1,428,880 steps through the month of September to raise funds for people living with Cerebral Palsy. Together, our BHL staff completed an amazing 9,394,711 steps, with $2,925 raised for this great cause.... 09.01.2022 Welcome news in the Budget for first-home buyers with the Federal Government announcing an extension of the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS). The scheme will be rolled-out for an additional 10,000 first-home buyers this financial year, allowing them to buy a new house, with a 5% deposit.
