20.01.2022 Had a truck in with a loud ticking noise, we found a roller on the rocker arm to have damage (as seen in the bottom right picture) and check all the other rollers on the rocker arm and found the camshaft to be worn. We removed and replaced the camshaft and all the rocker arms. And then we changed the oil and filter to remove any metal from the sump. Quite a big job! Steering wheels are sanitised, gloves are worn while working on your vehicle, hand sanitiser is provided and all loan cars cleaned. Our eftpos machine is wiped down after use. Please be reassured we are doing our best to keep you and your family safe.

08.01.2022 Out with the old, in with the new, this Iveco came in as the engine light was on- due to low boost pressure fault code, a quick check over the system found the culprit to be a leaking intercooler

06.01.2022 We have a Renault master van in today with a customer complaining of grinding noise in the rear, we have taken the wheel off to find one brake pad missing and the other one almost gone the only part left is the centre part as circled in the last picture! because the brake pads are gone the piston has pushed forward and leaked all the brake fluid out! Lucky he came in when he did otherwise he might of had a major accident! If you hear any grinding noises from your brakes please come in immediately! We don’t want any of our wonderful customers to have an accident @ BHM Automotive
