25.01.2022 Last night two Beacon Hill crews, along with crews from Davidson Rural Fire Brigade and Warringah / Pittwater Headquarters Rural Fire Brigade responded to assist our colleagues from Fire + Rescue NSW with a fire burning at North Head. Crews were on scene for approximately 4 hours containing and extinguishing the fire. The erratic fire behaviour, under a strong Southerly influence, is a stark reminder that fire danger doesn't just come in the middle of summer. This weekend is Get Ready Weekend, so it's the perfect time to make sure your property is bushfire ready.
