16.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone! With Uni starting soon and most TAFE courses already underway, a lot of people are overwhelmed with what’s to come. A lot of us are finding the stress we experienced in Year 12 creeping back in to our lives. This is a gentle reminder to all of you that you are amazing, loved, and worthy and what you do this year doesn’t define you, wether it be Uni, Tafe or even a gap year? I challenge all of you this week to take some time out for yourself. Even if it’s just something small, there’s nothing wrong with baby steps. Love yourself and Peace

16.01.2022 Late post but a good post. Star of the week for the first week of term 2 is..... Gaby De Angelis! For her on going good will and support to all of her peers, Gaby has made the transition from holidays to term 2 a whole lot easier for all of us. Thank you Gaby for making this year that little bit more bareable.

Joel Della Bosca, for his fantastic contributions to his class disscussions and his stunning humor that he brings to everyday life here at BHS. In this first round of sacs for many of us we need more Joels at this school. Thank you so much Joel.

13.01.2022 Week 3 of term 2 is over, and our star of the week is.... Zac Marshall. He is an outstanding individual and our star because of his consistently inspiring attitude to life. He is the sort of man that could get knocked about and get right up again. In these hard times it is that kind of attitude that will make the difference in all aspects of our lives. The uncanny ability Zac possesses to keep on going, no matter the circumstances and harsh conditions show great merit of character. Even now he under goes pressures but he always manages a smile and maintains valued conversations. Thank you Zac for your ongoing support to others in the school! #blessup

11.01.2022 Late post but a good post. This weeks star of the week goes to....... Jack Smith. He is a young man who needs no introduction. His continued efforts to the maintanence and good spirit of the Year 12 common room has not gone unnoticed. His face can often be seen smiling in the bounds of the common room. His general good cheer and comradery with all members of the school acts as a shining standard that we should all seek to achieve. Thank you Jack Smith

08.01.2022 Well guys, week one is nearly over and our first star of the week has been decided. Martin Carol. He was chosen for his outstanding wholesome behaviour through the entire first week. His on going good behaviour and fun banter is testiment to the core values of this page. Big congrats to Martin for winning this highy sought after award.

06.01.2022 With the last week of term 1 fast approaching we at the BHS Mental Support Group thought it would bee fitting to pick an extra special star of the week. The star for week 8 goes to.... Morgan McMurtrie. She is the most deserving young lady of this award due to her endlessly abundant will to persevere agaisnt some seemingly insurmountable odds. I know that so many other people would crumble under the pressure of year 12 on top of being wheelchair bound, but she has overcome t...hese odds. Her ability to just show up to school is testimony to her character as both a person and a friend. I know personally that many of us would not make it through many of our classes without her kind words of encouragement and good humor. We at the BHS Mental Support Group whole heartedly believe that the school would be at a great disadvatage without you, wheelchair or not. Thank you and congratulations Morgan!!
