20.01.2022 ^%* There is so much fake news and rubbish going around social media about CoVID19. Plz let logic prevail.. think deeply before reacting. The unprecedented level of panic is mind boggling. Dont succumb to fake news & dont spread it either... How many you know personally have been affected?? Even if they are affected.. so what?? In simple words.. CoronaVirus is just like the flu (albeit some differences).. every 5th healthy person is affected by the flu every year.. and we recover.. dont we? Let's stick to logic and stop wasting time on conspiracy theories (nor spread any). Plz remember the fear we are spreading on social media is 100 times worse for the health of our society than the virus itself. So many poor daily wagers wont earn everyday food for their families.. so many marginalized, pensioners missing out coz of hoarding by others & shameless businesses price gouging. Mark my words.. in 1-2months when all this virus buisness will be behind us and the big guns would have made enough money toying with the financial markets.. we all will be wondering what was the fear all about?? I'm not undermining the infection risk.. just cautioning against the fake news fear factory. (jis ke jou man mein aiya woh likh kar viral kar raha hai). Plz use logic.. take adequate precautions as you would for your dear ones & your health anyways.. dont panic. If we are educated (not just literate).. then we have a responsibility to ensure we help ourselves & others by ensuring we follow precautions & not succumb to fear & fake news P.S. I'm a medical professional and like our Army.. we dont run away when the enemy is at our gates.. our bigger enemy here is fear and discrimination more than the Virus itself. I don't sit isolated at home (unless infected myself or instructed by health authorities) when its my social duty to provide health services for all. 12.01.2022 .. romance of my thoughts with my inner self.. rekindled yet again.. in the midst of 4000+ Buddhist temples, pagodas and monasteries.. @Bagan plains alone.. built between 11th to 13th Centuries. Everything here speaks to everything else without saying a word.. who needs words when you are #Bagan. #Myanmar.. everything here reminds me of my own past.. feels like my own heritage.. wonderful sweet ppl highly misrepresented by the press.. like our own 'pahadi ppl'.. highly rooted... to their own way of life yet forward looking. Driving past these plains.. NE Bharat.. Myanmar.. Thailand.. Cambodia.. n onwards.. reminiscent of the warm Asian culture.. no western money can buy this eastern tranquility. Bagan (Burmese: ; MLCTS: pu.gam, IPA: [bà]; formerly Pagan) is an ancient city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the Mandalay Region of Myanmar. 10.01.2022 What was your First Day, First Show of 2020? New decade.. my 'First day, first show' @M Sn, Vietnam M Sn is a cluster of abandoned, partially ruined Shivji temples in central Vietnam constructed between 4th to 14th century by the Champa kings.... Disappointing that large majority of the architecture was destroyed by the US bombing during a single week of the Vietnam War.. with some unexploded bombs still on site.. and did we hear the Americans complain of archeological destruction by Taliban etc?? USA - the so called guardians of the world & champions of freedom - NOT. ***Comment if you agree the world especially Vietnam & Bharat put pressure on US to pay, restore & rebuild these temples*** Rediscovering the legacy of Bharat.. satisfying to complete part 4... 1) Siem Reap - Cambodia 2) Ayutthaya - Thailand 3) Bagan - Myanmar 4) M Sn - Vietnam 5) ??? Happy to be here.. when will you explore your own backyard? Switzerland, Europe, Disneyland... how about larger than life temples of Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia any1? #ManishBhutada #MSn

04.01.2022 My first book as an author when i was 14yrs young. 15 gold medals including the Indian National Yoga Championship then this book.. all before the Ramdev baba era. Still retain the youngest Yoga author worldwide tag i believe. We sold out 2 reprints of my book well before this millennium arrived.. didn't reprint after Ramdev baba changed the worldviews on Yoga. Has 'Yog' come a long way over these decades? From what i knew as 'Yog to now Yoga' and so many other Yoga's.. happy... to see so many doing Yoga worldwide.. its how many who understand 'Yog' i feel needs introspection. Might do a talk on 'Yog or Yoga - which one are you' soon.. any1 interested?
