13.01.2022 The Special Royal Wedding Anniversary 10K Run is this Sunday (10th October) Some Run-Related Information: 1. Please download the Strava App and join Yellow Run...ning Club. There’s no registration needed, but you’ll have to record your run on Strava for it to be part of this run. 2. The route is from Kuenselphodrang (Buddha Statue Base) to Debsi along the trail and back to Buddha. You can check it out here: https://strava.app.link/VjQop4Kz8jb 3. We will be on location with refreshments and support from 9 am to 2pm, so you are encouraged to run during this period. If you want, you can run before or after this window. However we’d recommend this only for confident/experienced runners as it may be risky especially if it’s dark. 4. The trail is a gentle incline from Kuenselphodrang to Debsi and slightly uphill on the way back. 5. Since the trail is narrow in some parts, we ask runners to keep to their left to avoid collisions! 6. There will be two water points, at Kuenselphodrang (start& end) and Debsi (return point). Water is served from filters, so you’ll have to bring your own water bottles. 7. We are delighted to collaborate with Fresh Cart to provide litter-free snacks (fruits) for our participants as refreshment. 8. Fresh Cart will also have their stands set up at Kuenselphodrang and Debsi, where they will sell cold-press juices and fruit cuts and cocktails. 9. We are doing our best to make this event litter-free and safe. Please support the initiative by not bringing packaged food if possible, and making sure to dispose any litter properly (not on the trail!) 10. Participants of all ages are welcome!
