To make the an acai bowl, you need: Pure Unsweetened Acai Puree Frozen fruit eg banana, blueberries, strawberries Liquid eg milk or juice... 03.01.2022 How to make healthy lunch wraps: Choose a wholewheat or wholegrain wrap instead of a white wrap. Add lean proteins such as cooked chicken breast, turkey breast, tofu, canned tuna or beans. Low-fat or fat-free cheese is a good source of protein and calcium.... Fill up on vegetables theyre low in calories and high in fibre! Add sprouts, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and even cooked vegetables such as grilled eggplant and zucchini. Watch the condiments: Full-fat spreads and dressings (such as mayonnaise, butter, sugary chutney and sauces) can add unnecessary calories to your lunch wraps. 03.01.2022 Lesson for me today, I dont have to compete or compare myself to others. I just need to do the best that I can do and be open to allowing my progress to transpire at the pace it needs to. My 20+ year old colleagues (and professional athletes I might add in) of mine have been setting the challenge out there in regards to completing their running programs. I always like to challenge myself and put my hand up to be challenged & recently wanted to improve my running fitness, so... thought I would give their running programs a go. Mind you, I still feel internally that I can run like I used to (thats a delusion lol but whatever keeps me inspired to keep going haha) But today I tried this running program session and I really struggled with it. I was hurting bad in all ways. But I had to remind myself that I am doing this for me and I dont need to prove myself to anyone else. And the best thing about it, was that after I did this video, I was going to stop because there was no way I could do the the next set of suggested runs. But I knew that the only way I would progress was to keep going during the times that it gets tough. So I adapted the program to meet a level of fitness that I could do and once I took that on, every run after this video felt more powerful than the all of the runs that I had done before So do what you can. Give it your best. Set the bar a little higher than you normal at would. Push past your mindset limitations. And dont give up! Success is on the other side of your comfort zone.
