10.01.2022 Dear valued clients, Please be advised that there has been a decision made to change our policy regarding payment for specialist cleans. From this point forward, for any cleans longer than 4 hours (such as bond cleans) will be required to pay upfront within 72hrs of booking. This decision has been made to protect my livelihood as a small business owner, as many of you could understand. For long cleans, I will also have a 48hr cancellation policy, wherein if a clean is cance...lled within this time, only 50% of money paid will be refunded. This is due to the nature of the booking system, as I have to turn away clients when big cleans take out a whole day. I am greatful for your understanding and continued support of my small business.
