23.01.2022 Here are my results. Not going to lie, I was very LAZY. I am not making any excuses for myself. I have been hit and miss with my nutrition program. In this part of the 30 day challenge I only managed to loose 200g. BUT check out my transformation! I have started to re-shape my body and I am no longer as bloated. ... I am going to do this 30 day challenge again. Who would like to join me? If this was my transformation while being hit and miss, I can't wait to see what my results will be when I give 110%!

22.01.2022 #realresults Guys! Check out Paul's results! Paul says;... "If your feeling flat, lack of energy.. put on a few more kg than you had wished for and eating crap bc its easier ... DONT STRESS. I were exactly the same. Working as a building supervisor. In a car for a lot of the day. Maccas and lots of coffees was sooo easy. I got to 110kg , 6 coffee's a day and fell asleep on the couch at night... Now after losing 25kg and full of energy i am loving life. Still have a beer, still have some pizza but now make smarter choices". Well done Paul! Love your work!! 22.01.2022 Happy Sunday guys!!! Check this out! This is from Brooke who’s in our 30 day challenge Mums YOU can do this too... (Its a long one but worth the read ) You maybe thinking I don’t have time to eat breakfast, i can’t afford it, I don’t have the energy to look after my self as well as my kids or I put my children’s need first then worry about me later... That was my thoughts when I became a first time mum, I was busy working 4 days a week and coming home just to rush to feed us, bath her and get her into bed just to crawl into the next day still exhausted from the day before What if there is a way to still look after my family and not put my health on the back burner?? After all they need us to be here for them, with the energy to keep up with them, to get up numerous times in the night to resettle them and to love them unconditionally! I remember looking back on my pre and post pregnancy journey and realising - there is a way and I can do it! So I did my relationship with my daughter has never been better! 12.01.2022 Time for my "night cap" shake When I started my herbie journey, the first thing I noticed was that my milk supply was up dramatically! As Arlo has grown, so has his demand. More feeds during the day left me feeling quite "empty" by the time his 2am feed came around. ... It was recommended to me to have a shake ready to go so mumma can have her milk during the night. I decided to have my "milk" after Arlos last feed just before I head to bed. OH MY WORD! My night time supply is the best it's ever been! (Even with a teething toddler who just wants to hold your boob in his mouth 24/7) I just love how I can give my baby all the nutrients he needs without over eating and just feeling like crap. *results aren't typical. 11.01.2022 Where has this AMAZING product been since becoming a mum?! Since becoming a mum 4 years ago, I've suffered Post Natal Depression and Anxiety. I have been on 3 different medications to help me. My 2 youngest boys have been struggling with sleep due to teething and being unwell. ... 1st night I took 2 tablets 30 mins before bed. My baby woke at 10:30pm for a feed then slept till 4:30am 2nd night again I took 2 tablets 30 mins before bed. Bubs went to bed at 8:30pm and didn't wake until 4am for another feed and went straight back to sleep until 9am!!!! Even though my 2 year old decided to wake at 3am this morning, I felt refreshed. I woke up with ease and wasn't grumpy. I have had the motivation to get things done around the house too! This product will DEFINITELY be on my regular order!!!

09.01.2022 I have been a little "lazy" with my nutrition plan over the last week or so. I've over indulged in A LOT of junk food and coffee BUT... Today is Monday. It's a new week. This week I AM getting back into my plan and working hard to reach my body goals. Have you had your healthy breakfast this morning?
