21.01.2022 The team has been working around the clock to set up exercise sessions that you all can complete from your very own living rooms. Classes will include Pilates mat, barre and even a aerobic step class will be thrown in! Many more will be programmed daily, to keep you all active during this time. It is so important for us as a community, to come together to stay connected and support one another in such a difficult time. So why not sweat it out together?! 19.01.2022 Stretching works your flexibility and through your range of motion at a joint. These components are very important for physical fitness, and can sometimes be overlooked. By increasing flexibility and your joints ability to work through a full range of motion, you are less likely to experience an injury, and improve physical performance. Studies show that adding a stretching routine into an exercise program actually assists in increasing muscle strength, endurance and power, compared to those who didn’t include stretching in their programs. I can not recommend enough, to include stretching in your exercise regimes. A minimum of 3 days per week for 10 minutes is recommended. However, muscles that have undergone work, or are particularly tight should also be a focus after training
