16.01.2022 It’s been one year since I took over Heart and Soul Yoga. It has been a very challenging year. I took over one week before lockdown. Built a whole new website. ...Started a new Insta page. Recorded lessons for online and on demand. Reopened through winter. Sorted out payments that weren’t coming to me and lots lots more. Dealt with loads of negativity and criticism as well as personal attacks. It has been crazy. And I could not have done it without my partner, my kids, my family, my team of teachers, my yogi family and my music family. I am forever grateful. I love you. To be able to give myself to you, my family, through yoga and music, is everything. To help others is my dharma, my mission, my reason for being.
