25.01.2022 A few years ago on Fathers Day I shared a self portrait I took of myself to show the emptiness and sadness that comes along with losing someone and for me that someone was my dad. On that same day I got a msg from a beautiful soul who was across the other side of the world to thank me for sharing, and that it was ok to feel so sad as it was their first Fathers Day, father less away from home. So again on fathers day 2020, Im being brave and re-sharing this image which sti...ll makes me feel so heartbroken in that hope that even if it can give just one other person some comfort on this day then Im ok with that. My dad got a book printed he was going to write about his life in, with no end date on which sadly could be filled in only a few years later. Dad I know your story ended but Im trying like hell to keep your dream alive. I would have loved to call you to tell you I finally got my masters last year and Im sure you would have been so proud. We love you and miss you everyday. And I really hope wherever you are now you still get to watch over us and see what we do.

18.01.2022 Over the coming months I have and will be following the journey of BARRC as they transform their kennels from the amazing grant they have received from the incredible people at @SavourLife all of these legends are volunteers and even in the rain today that couldn't stop them from their busy bee.

18.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone, things have bee a little quite on social media which is most defiantly not a reflection of whats been happen behind the screen. :) Last Sunday saw the return of my 100 Women project empowering women whilst also supporting the South West Refuge. Thank you thank you to all the amazing ladies that took part and who I had the absolute privilege of meeting. Ill pretty excited to share that in our 5th year the total raised from the project over the years h...as now hit $8000. Thats an amazing 8000 different ways we have been able to help out the refuge. Later in the week ill be posting images from the project but for now thank you to everyone who was not only involved this year but ever since the birth of the project you are all strong amazing incredible Women and I feel honored and privileged to have meet you all!!

17.01.2022 Today I had the privilege of filming theses absolute legends. Front line workers in our health care system. They are putting themselves on the front line to keep us all cared for if we should ever need it in these uncertain times. The most simple thing we can do to help them is to STAY HOME! 05.01.2022 2020 the year that changed us all forever. There was heartache but there was hope, loneliness but there was love. I saw 2 bright lights dimmed on the world forever this year and both made the most incredible mark on this world that none will ever forget. One thing that I will take away from 2020 is the strength inside people that they had to show. What they had to live through what the are still living through. This year made it even clearer to me that all that matters is al...l the amazing people in and around your life that make it better make it richer for better or for worse. 03.01.2022 The thought of standing in front of a group of judges and speaking about your business sounds pretty daunting and a bit overwhelming right? Well this year at the finalist interviews for the BSW Connect - Business South West excellence awards we were so lucky to have such knowledgeable caring an considerate judges to speak in front of. As soon as you walked in the room they were so welcoming to us. Thank you to all the judges for offering their time to give us all such a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our businesses.

03.01.2022 12 months ago I had the privilege of being flown over by the team from The GroundSwell Project to the Blue Mounttains to cover the 2019 Public Health Palliative Care International convention. It was such an incredible event and I got to listen to the most brilliant minds speaking from all over the world. It's crazy to think how much the world has changed since then.
