22.01.2022 Today marks one year since the last pizza rolled off the conveyor belt on a memorable night where all our friends, mostly our loyal customers helped us celebrate the end of an era for tomorrow is when we closed our doors. Charlotte and I have an enormous wealth of fond memories and while we still grieve the loss of our business, we know that it wasn't due to lack of customers but the vagaries of the owner. One year on and we still get asked if we'll open again - can't say yes and would be loathe to say no.

15.01.2022 Today is our last day, EVER. This week has been one of the hardest of our lives. Not only are we getting KICKED OUT and left with NOTHING, but we then have to spend endless hours (and money) stripping the building, putting our goods into storage, pulling off our signage, and painting the entire building. A building which was our home, a building that we wanted to stay in. We believe in Karma, and we hope some of the bad kind is headed to our unforgivable landlords. My 60yr old dad, my mum, my 5 month old son, my husband, and I are thoroughly exhausted physically and emotionally after spending the entire week here. Do us a favour, have a drink for Bianco tonight and remember the pizza good times... x Charlotte

07.01.2022 So, we're seriously considering a crowd-funding campaign to relocate/reopen Bianco. Donors would receive goods for their donation once we open ($20 = 1 x large pizza for example). What do you think..? Doable?
