25.01.2022 Sorry to this to you guys but I wont be able to do Group Fitness classes tomorrow (Tuesday 6/12) as I have a mandatory full day course that I have to attend tomorrow for the Courts. You guys can always get together and do something on your own. I am sure if you put your heads together you can come up with alot of exercises to do. It was going to be a boxing session. I am happy for youto use my boxing gloves etc. if someone would like to pick them up, I can leave the in my carport. Otherwise see you all on Thursday at Mills Park. Thank you

01.01.2022 I know I am 2 days late but thought this might be a fun idea until we can do the 12 days of Xmas. Who would like to give this a go. Day 1 Burpee Day 2 Side Bridge Leg Raise on each leg You know how it goes, You do the current day plus the previous days. Let me know how you all go with it, would love to hear.
