17.01.2022 Hi Everyone. As I'm sure you are all aware, Dan Andrews has released Step 3 for Regional Victoria. This means we can reopen to dine in at the restaurant with limited numbers. We understand everyone is desperate to get out and reconnect and we'd love to be a part of that. We also want to ease ourselves into dine in and ask you all to be patient but to also respect that there are strict guidelines still in place. Do not attend if you are unwell, masks must be worn to and from... the restaurant. It may be removed whilst seated and eating. Please sanitise upon entry. Due to the limited numbers we can have in any space, 10 only, all numbers for bookings must be confirmed prior to attending. 06.01.2022 As spring has sprung & hopefully an easing of restrictions @seraphimwines along with @bicaros_shepparton today will release the Cellared 2016 Unfiltered Seraphim Heathcote Shiraz. This Shiraz has been tucked away in the cellars for a few years now - I never did a 2016 Release for a couple of reasons... Anyhow I went back and had a look at it & was pleasantly surprised of how well a few years in the cellar have given this Shiraz with an ease of approachability that I didnt exp...ect... Now our indoor restrictions have lifted to 40, we are filling up fast. If you are looking to dine in for small or larger numbers you are best to book at least a week or more in advance. We also ask that when you confirm your numbers, be mindful that we turn away bookings most nights. When you ...have people on your table not show and we haven't been notified prior there will be a surcharge to your table.
