Ingredients: - 800g mixed raw nuts... - 150mL Bickfords Iced Coffee Syrup - 5g salt - 20g coconut oil - 5g smoked paprika - 5g cumin powder - 2g chili powder - 15g sesame seeds, toasted Directions: 1. Heat the oven to 180C 2. Roast nuts for about 10 minutes, until toasted 3. Combine all other ingredients except the sesame seeds in a bowl and then add the roasted nuts 4. Toss well to combine, then place on a lined baking tray and place them in the oven at 150C tossing occasionally until crisp 5. Remove form the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and allow to cool before storing Enjoy!

Pear Salad with Coffee Vinaigrette Dressing 50ml Bickfords Iced Coffee Syrup... Pinch of salt tsp Freshly cracked pepper 20ml Sherry vinegar 60ml Grape seed oil 3 pears 60ml Honey 30ml Bickfords Iced coffee Syrup 10ml Balsamic vinegar Squeeze of lemon 1 Celery heart, sliced 1 Cucumber, sliced or in ribbons Mixed salad leaves Parsley leaves Bunch of chives, cut into 3cm pieces 30g Roasted hazelnuts, chopped 2 Fresh figs, sliced 1 Fresh buffalo mozzarella/ burrata 1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl or shaker and season to taste 2. Cut 2 pears in 1/8ths and toss in honey, iced coffee syrup, vinegar and lemon, roast on a lined baking tray for about 15minutes 3. Slice the remaining pear in thin slices 4. In a large serving bowl or platter, scatter over the salad leaves, then scatter the cucumber, celery leaf, parsley, chives, and pears 5. 06.01.2022 Coffee flavoured pulled pork tacos! 1.5-2kg Piece of pork shoulder, off the bone, rind & fat removed 80g Chipotle chillies in abodo sauce, chopped 4 Cloves garlic, crushed... 10g Smoked paprika 3 tsp Dried oregano 1 tsp Black pepper crushed 100ml Lime juice 3 Bay leaves 2 Cinnamon sticks 15g Cumin powder 15 Coriander powder 100ml Fresh orange juice 1 Orange, zest (in strips) 5g Salt 225g Bickfords Iced Coffee Syrup Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl & then add the pork and rub well with marinade. Allow to marinate for a few hours, or overnight. Transfer to a cast iron pot & place in a hot oven at 200C uncovered for 15 minutes. Cover & reduce the heat to 150C & cook for about 3 hours until tender & falling apart. Remove from the oven & allow to rest for hour before shredding. Shred the pork & toss with some of the pan juices. Green apple slaw 1/8 Red cabbage, shredded Chinese cabbage 1/4 Bunch of coriander, chopped 2 Spring onions, sliced 1 Carrot, sliced in julienne or grated 1 Green apple, sliced finely 1 Lime juice Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add a large dollop of lime yoghurt and the lime juice. Pickled red onion 1 Red onion, finely sliced Pinch of salt Pinch of sugar Cracked black pepper 25ml Vegetable oil 30ml Red wine vinegar Combine in a small bowl and allow to marinate for a few hours to soften. Lime yoghurt 1 Lime, zest Lime juice 1 Clove garlic, crushed 300g Natural yoghurt drained Salt to taste Combine in a bowl and season to taste. Heat the taco shells and then add apple slaw, pulled pork, a slice of avocado, lime yogurt, and a squeeze of lime juice. #Bickfords #IcedCoffeeSyrup #Recipes

Ingredients: - 250g Hazelnut meal - 250g Plain flour - 200g Butter - 40mL Bickfords Iced Coffee Syrup - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 Egg - 1 Lemon, zest - 1 Tsp vanilla bean paste Filling - 60ml Bickfords Iced Coffee Syrup - 150g Dark chocolate (70%) Method: 1. Whip butter and sugar until light and fluffy 2. Add the remaining ingredients and gently fold together 3. Chill for an hour then roll into small balls and bake at 160C for about 10minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool 4. Melt the chocolate and then add the iced coffee syrup. Allow to cool and start to thicken 5. Spoon a small amount in centre of one cookie. Take the second cookie and sandwich together 6. Repeat for all cookies and dust with icing sugar #Bickfords #IcedCoffeeSyrup #Baking
