Can you determine the price you want for your property? Can you write a short description of your property highlighting its features? If you answered ‘No’ to any of these questions, then unfortunately it’s going to be difficult for you to save thousands upon thousands of dollars by advertising your property on Facebook. If you answered ‘Yes’ Great! Let’s move forward You see, from our experience, advertising your property on Facebook generally costs you about $10 per buyer enquiry, you can then call the prospective buyer and arrange a time for inspection. Now I know this sounds like hard work to some, but to others like yourself it’s easy as. For example - would it be first home buyers aged 20-30 or young families aged 30-45 or would your place be perfect for retirees? You would also want to target people in the general vicinity of your property. This sounds great but how do I do this? And how much will it cost me?
