25.01.2022 I feel saddened by the realisation that we all appear to be in a passive aggressive silent war against our own values, beliefs, and worst of all against each other... There are those who trust and those who don’t... There are those who believe and those who don’t... There are those who conform and those who don’t... No matter which side we find ourselves on and perhaps we merge, the one poignant question we must all ask is this... ‘Am I causing harm to another?’ I have alwa...ys loved Ahimsa the first of the five precepts of Buddhism... Ahimsa is a multidimensional concept, inspired by the premise that all living beings have the spark of the divine spiritual energy; therefore, to hurt another being is to hurt oneself... We all have a spiritual contract to honour one another and to not cause pain or suffering... As a Counsellor, I receive word every day about the hardship people are enduring around the world... Much of this is caused by fellow humans in varying forms and degrees... I am now reaching out to each and every one of us to ask that we all practise ‘Ahimsa’ and turn our worship toward the Divine energy that created us and rules this Universe... Your soul speaks the truth and holds the power of ‘knowing’ whereas your ego runs toward ‘safety’ and ‘security’... What are you running toward? How are you moving in your life? 23.01.2022 Confidence comes from the soul, not the ego... Confidence in the power and force of creation and how we all fit into that both collectively and individually... When we tap into ‘soulful confidence’, we are unstoppable, unshakable, and unbeatable!
23.01.2022 I have a bit of an obsession with owls... It started many years ago when I visited Japan for the first time... I saw owls repeatedly in all different forms... It led me to investigate the meaning of owls in Japanese culture... In Japan, owls bring luck and offer protection from suffering... I also feel a sense of wisdom - ‘wise old owl’ type of astuteness, discernment and enlightenment when I associate the ‘symbolism’ of the owl... After all, owls see in the dark and we are a...ll being called to see our way through various forms of darkness right now... 22.01.2022 There are so many reasons to be afraid... Fear of failure, rejection, or humiliation... Fear of abandonment, betrayal, or loss... Fear of physical pain or even ‘death’... Once we have faced our worst fears and confronted our worst case scenarios, what are we left with? F A I T H... We come back to having faith in the unknown, the uncertain, the uncontrollable journey that is our life... There are no crystal balls or safe certainties that our frightened little minds can latch ...onto and feel at ease... There is only the heart’s ability to T R U S T that all will be well and no matter what happens next, the Universe will provide the S T R E N G T H we require to navigate through every possibility and we will be given the necessary V I R T U E S we require to rise to the C H A L L E N G E and stand V I C T O R I O U S in our truth, accompanied by God... We are eternally protected as we invest our spirit in the unseen and deeply rewarded for our ‘belief’ in the all-powerful forces that fade our foreboding concerns back into the darkness where they belong... 21.01.2022 Some days are reserved for mind clearing... Letting go of all worries and woes... Let this be the day for relaxing the tension in our minds and opening up for further learning and development... I call it ‘Conscious Awareness Day’ a dedication to being aware of my thoughts and mastering my mental space!
21.01.2022 I have counselled many people through the dilemma of what I call ‘toxic duty’ By this I mean having a false sense of ’duty’ toward people who are ‘toxic’ We all have the right to choose who we ‘allow’ into our lives, family included We do NOT have to spend time with or associate with people who leave us feeling depleted, undervalued, or disrespected Often we are shown behaviour, characteristics, and traits belonging to other humans for us to initiate the discerning power ...to change or improve ourselves Witnessing the way in which other people either flow or force themselves through life gives us great insight into what mannerisms, tendencies, and distinctions we want to either embrace or release Duty toward others is most often derived from feelings of false commitment, over concern, or depriving guilt Having a commitment to another human being needs to be a healthy, fulfilling exchange of mutual reward... Being over concerned for the needs and wants of others is not our job... Feeling guilty for choosing to disassociate with someone is not self-loving... Life is fulfilling when we surround ourselves with ‘like-minded’ people who are aligned with our values, ethics, and morals We are all ‘entitled’ to choose wisely those who complement us and enhance our wellbeing through a wholesome exchange of consideration, adoration, and regard If you feel unaligned with another person through your core beliefs, then perhaps it is time to release them with love and open the way for new and more fulfilling, satisfying, valuable people to enter into your life and warm your heart and soul! 20.01.2022 I have always wanted to empower women... I often counsel young girls and I love it when I meet an old soul in tender form... There is a beautiful mix of old world wisdom blossoming through a vibrant, youthful frame of reference... Giving these young ones the permission to own their power is a great privilege and one that fills my heart and warms my soul; knowing that they will bring a greatness into this world that life itself is longing for! #holifestwomen #noniboon #holifesting

19.01.2022 I was reflecting on this year and all the craziness that has taken place that is now embedded in my memory of 2020... I looked up the numerological meaning of 2020 to discover that it symbolizes faith and trust in relationships... It also signifies consideration and examination... What do you need to ‘shed’ in the next three months before we enter 2021? We must ‘examine’ ourselves and our lives and determine what is serving us and what/who is not... Don’t be afraid to let go of anything or anyone who no longer aligns with your ethics, values, and morals because ‘that’ above all else must be your first and holiest ‘consideration’ for yourself!
17.01.2022 No matter what knocks us down or brings us to our knees, we MUST get back up again and summon the courage and energy to try again without falling prey to the voice in our head that tempts us to throw in the towel and enter the dark world of ‘victimhood’... INSTEAD - Rise ‘victorious’ to the challenge and we will succeed!
17.01.2022 I could have kept quiet and remained popular with everyone... I could have ignored the urge to share the truth... I could have kept a low profile and passed under the radar... I could have gone about my business and posted fluffy little messages of positivity and affirmations for fun... I could have betrayed myself to keep the peace and people pleased to retain my passive credibility... BUT I didn’t I spoke up and shouted out because this world has enough blind followers...... I heard a voice that said ‘They will shoot the messenger but you must be that voice’... I took an oath to myself that no matter the cost or consequence, I would honour my soul and relay with accuracy the instructions that come to me through authenticity and integrity... I am highly aware of the tendency humans have to ‘sell their soul’ for power and greed and I made a vow to myself based on this understanding that no matter the price, the gain, or the promise, I would stand firm in my power and relinquish to no person or no thing; nor would I worship false Gods or believe the words of those who seek to benefit from the misery of others... We need more leaders willing to take this pledge and act with incorruptibility, principle, and righteousness... Are you willing to make that sacrifice? See more
16.01.2022 When a horse has misbehaved or failed to respect the herd leader, it is driven out and forced to spend time alone... This is a horse’s greatest fear because it becomes an easy target and vulnerable prey... Horses feel ‘safety’ being a part of the herd and therefore isolation is a punishment of deprivation from love and connection... Humans are no different in this regard and we all crave to be seen and heard by others... As a counselor, I am deeply concerned about the long te...rm effects of distancing and isolating... We are instinctively designed to be ‘tribal’ in our hearts and our spirits are weakened by the behaviours currently being suggested and forced... I feel the discomfort of others if I stand too close or walk too near... There is a new mechanism in my fellow humans to move away, reject, and exclude... This ‘new normal’ is NOT normal for our species and it WILL impact our health and well-being with dire consequences... Ask yourself a deep question when the next person approaches you and moves into your ‘space’... Do you ‘truly’ fear them and fear for your life? Or... Have you been ‘conditioned’ to think and act this way? Is this person really a threat to your existence or have you plugged into the inaccuracies of those who pretend to care yet knowingly deplete you of what feeds your soul, ensures your ultimate survival, and makes you human? 16.01.2022 I have so many feelings passing through me in waves... One moment I feel sad for those in suffering, then I feel hopeful for brightness ahead, then I feel angry for those who don’t know, then I feel worried for what’s yet to come... At the end of every day, I bring myself back to centre, back into my body, grounded in love and full of promise... A gentle voice whispers from my soul All will be well. 10.01.2022 I listen to people making the most dire predictions about our future depopulation, food shortages, tax rises every imaginable hardship, trial, and tribulation... I could easily sink into a dismal slump of hopelessness BUT... I refuse to accept this gloomy fate and I use all of my might to pick myself up and reach for the bright glow of ‘hope’ that paints a beautiful picture of a glorious future full of love, laughter, and light... Hope is my lifeline and I am clinging to ...it because to succumb to the doomsday foretelling is like volunteering to be a prisoner of anguish and fear... I am not naive nor am I ignorant and I am only too aware of the evil forces that knock on the door of our peace and threaten our thriving lives but I am also a master of my destiny and I am empowered with love and kindness the only true weapons against harm... Humanity is scripted on nursery rhymes and fairytales through which the archetypal forces manifest in us and I am a believer of the grace that flows to us and through us when we are commanded by God, The Divine, The Fairy Godmother the only truth equipped to dissolve the wicked plans of the corrupt and guide us to create the magnificent Cinderella life we all deserve! I will not consent to being corralled into accepting less than what was promised to us as a free community, society, and national collective...

I truly believe that God sits quietly in the unknown waiting for a call to action as we whisper a soft prayer for help... Trust is a courageous evolution that strips away all fears and doubts replacing them with peace and stillness that calms the mind and nourishes the soul!

04.01.2022 To me, success is being able to do exactly what I want to do with my ‘time’. The most precious commodity we have is ‘time’... It can’t be bought, replaced, or expanded... We have a certain amount of it and that’s it... When it runs out, we cannot ‘rewind’... We have one lifetime and every moment counts... What are you ‘spending’ your valuable time on right now?
03.01.2022 Life is ever changing... This world operates on ‘cycles’ and what is presenting now will change... One certainty is that nothing stays the same... We must move with the changes occurring knowing that all is ‘temporary’ and if right now is not favourable to you, feel safe in the knowing that ‘this too will pass’!
