01.01.2022 Employer Compulsory Super Contributions If you would like to claim your employee compulsory superannuation contributions for the financial year ended 30 June 2021, you will need to pay this over the before Friday. You need to allow time your payment to clear in the superannuation fund’s account before 30th June. Remember if you used the ATO super clearing account you need to pay it today. Don't forget from 1st July 2021, the employer compulsory superannuation rate will increase from 9.5% of ordinary earnings to 10%. The due date of the quarterly superannuation liability has not changed, i.e. it is still by the 28th of the month following after each quarter.
