13.01.2022 HELP A LITTLE OLD LADY OR MAN While working on a job a few months back, I saw this little old lady cleaning her gutters. I yelled over "please be careful" she yelled back "i'm fit and strong. I eat only organic fruits and veggies" After I stopped laughing, this got me thinking. Starting Feb 1, 2015, I will be offering my services for free to any little old lady or man who you think would benefit the most from a window or gutter (or both) cleaning from me. I will be dedicating every Friday of my schedule to help any person in need for the whole year and beyond. It is completely free with no strings attached. Just a small way for me to give back to the community. Just nominate the person you think would be most deserving and a little story about them which I will post here. I'm really excited about this. Put your thinking caps on.

07.01.2022 FREE WINDOW CLEANING In a world where everything seems to be getting faster and faster and more and more expensive, wouldn't it be really nice if a service provider showed up at your place to clean your windows for free. Now before you say I am crazy, let me explain. Most people have heard of the "freemium economy" when companies offer their free service or product and then try to up sell you to their premium model e.g. apps and software. What I am talking about here is a t...otally free service where a professional runs a sustainable labour based service business (window cleaning, house cleaning, grass cutting) by offering his/her services totally free. The service is performed in the same professional way as traditional service based companies, but at the end of the job, the service person thanks the client and says "have a great day and I will see you in 3 months". No money exchanged and everyone is happy. The service was totally free. The business would be sustainable and profitable by having systems in place earning revenue from different avenues relating to his/her business. It might be an active social media campaign using the clients like messengers to spread the word and generate interest i.e friends on Facebook or connections in Linkedin. Revenue would be generated by monetising the interest generated by the free service. Revenue might also be generated from sponsorships from companies looking for attractive advertising opportunities. There are a lot of potential revenue streams. Since this has never been done before, it this even possible. What are your thoughts? Regards, Mark See more
