09.01.2022 Hi Guys. Apologies if you are having trouble getting through to us - especially at peak times on Friday and Saturday nights. Unfortunately, as previously mentioned to us, it's not a matter of the number of staff working, it's the capacity of the shop and number of pizzas that can be produced. All pizzas are made fresh to order and staff are working hard to to meet the needs of customers and in a timely manner. ... We are opening the shop and phone lines from 4pm but unfortunately in prime dinner time - everyone is trying to order at the same time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
