I've got about a 2.5kg cut of rump che...ers Brenton Harris and meatland Northlakes... homemade salt and peppered butter from scratch.. also got a Boston collar butt to go in the smoker this weekend coming... on the sides and bottom, I've coated with "Big Chris the Jerk-Y Guy's " biltong dry rub seasoning, and the fat cap i scoared, and coated with " Big Chris the Jerk-Y Guy's " candy dry rub seasoning.. 22.01.2022 Morning everyone. So the jerky " season is now over for a while, so things are quite. If you want jerky or biltong in the off season, I can make custom bulk orders. I will need preferably at least 1-2 days notice for orders. I still have my dry rub seasonings available for purchase now... I would like to thank everyone for your support, amazing reviews and sharing my passion and product with family and friends.. and big special thank you to my amazing partner Cassie C...ooper for her help and support through everything, and putting up with the late nights and all hours.....
