20.01.2022 Hey guys and girls, 5.30/6.00am classes will resume as of next Monday, due to the flu. Only the early morning classes are being cancelled. PTs will still be on as will evening classes. Kind Regards, Jamie

03.01.2022 Well that was the tuffest opening of a business, I could of hoped for. Fighting the flu, feeling good one day and dead the next! TO ALL THOSE THAT GOT TO TRAIN WITH ME THIS WEEK, I AM SO VERY PROUD OF THE EFFORT PUT IN BY EVERY ONE! A FEW SPEWS HERE AND THERE, A FEW TEARS, BUT EVERYONE PUT IN 100%. I WAS SO HUMBLED AND YOU GUYS AND GIRLS ALL PUT ME ON A NATURAL HIGH.... EXERCISE IS THE BEST ANTIDEPRESSANT YOU CAN HAVE, I WANT TO WISH YOU ALL LOVE AND RESPECT! YOU ARE ALL FKN AWESOME AND ARE PART OF A SPECIAL FAMILY, TO ALL THOSE THAT MISSED OUT BECAUSE I WAS SO SICK WITH THE FLU, MAKE SURE YOU BOOK THIS WEEK, AND BE PART OF SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL. 02.01.2022 Hey Everybody, due to being still a little sick with this bloody flu, I am having the rest of the and Evening off. Please reschedule your appts for today, later in the week as I do have a few spare sessions available, and don't want you all to miss out on your training, message me ASAP, and I will rebook for another day this week.
