23.01.2022 WILLIAM BAY NATIONAL PARK IS OPEN The wait is over. The iconic William Bay National Park, including Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks, is open to the public! Tha...nks to a $4.4 million investment by the State Government, people will be able to enjoy newly sealed roads, carparks, toilet blocks and signage when visiting the popular park, allowing easier and safer access, and protecting the fragile coastal vegetation. Utmost care and attention to engineering and design has allowed provision for over 200 parking bays, more than doubling the parking capacity in the park. As one of the region’s tourism drawcards, the park’s diverse landscapes and turquoise waters attract more than 300,000 visits each year. Over the last few months, we have worked with local contractors, the Shire of Denmark and Great Southern Development Commission to deliver these much-needed improvements to the park. We would like to thank the community for their ongoing patience and support throughout this project.

16.01.2022 There's one on the list near us! Have you done this great walk? Ellen Cove to Albany Port Walk, WA Distance: 6km.... Wandering along this shared cycle-walkway is an absolute must when in Albany. Take in stunning coastline, beaches, and bays along a mix of bitumen path and wooden boardwalk. The trail includes memorials and interpretive signage alongside designated lookouts. Even better, this is a prime spot for seasonal whale watching.

16.01.2022 "A very well planned, clean, neat place. It is very flat, surrounded by grass and concrete slabs for caravans and tents. A paved road circuit for cars, bikes and wheels. Close to beaches. 15 minutes from a Cafe. A coffee van appears on site in the mornings. , . Above average amenities. This place will not dissapoint. Family friendly playground, pillow, mini golf, pool, table tennis and TV room. Modern chalets and native plants top the experience.
