20.01.2022 It's that awkward time between Christmas and New Year where we are all just winging it - eating random things at random times, sleeping in, and drinking plenty of alcohol Nutrition-wise, don't stress, just do what you can! Squeeze some veggies in there somewhere (even if it's on a cheesy and buttery toastie, it still counts!), try to drink few glasses of water, grab a piece of fruit as you head out the door. It will all balance out in the end
