11.01.2022 Went old school last night in the new/old Weber Grills. Pecan and cherry chunks from Boss Hogg and the Duchess of Pork and a bag of Heat Beads BBQ old faithful. Lamb shoulder rubbed in a basic spg, fresh herbs and garlic. Absolutely amazing feed. Might crush some pizzas or pies with the left overs.
