24.01.2022 Don't be disheartened if the numbers on the scale aren't moving as fast as you'd like... ALL progress is still progress! Plus, there are other ways to track the positive changes your fitness journey is having on your body - including more consistent energy levels, better sleep, brighter skin and eyes, fitting into your clothes better and feeling stronger and more confident Just keep going!

Each day we build our program around one of the core lifts (squat, deadlift and bench press) and add in some hard and fast conditioning to finish everyone off! 12.01.2022 Coach Renee’s day on a plate! As you can see, her day is generally a colourful one, loaded with lots of plant based foods Renee fasts until 11 am so her first meal of the day is a big one - usually a veggie and protein cook up with a piece of toast. Later on there’s usually a protein shake which gets her through to dinner time. Dinner is another big plate of veggies with some form of protein and on Friday nights there’s usually an ice cream involved!
