03.01.2022 So, it's finally happening! For the 1st time EVER @big_heart_bamboo is bringing fresh shoots to markets! We have deliberated over this for a while & think that now (with summer on the way & people experimenting with local & unique produce more than ever) is the perfect time! We only have 1-2 weeks of harvest left so please get those last orders in asap, harvesting again next week. But for now, these babies (phyllostachys aurea & prominans) are coming with us to @wittamar...ket (Sat 21st Nov 7am-12 noon). We are only taking a small amount so plz pm ahead of markets for bulk orders. Our bamboo comes from our spray-free farm (not wild foraged) so we can guarantee no round-up has EVER been near these babies.Just rain water and natural, organic growing practices- the way nature intended!
