16.01.2022 *** Important notice regarding changes to our opening hours. *** During these challenging and ever-changing times, we are mindful of the balance between providing an ongoing level of service to our customers and the sustainability of our business. While many businesses have been forced to close during this recent pandemic, bicycle retail has flourished. However, the worldwide increase in demand has now exceeded the current supply and many bicycle manufacturers are left withou...t stock and/or the ability to replenish their now depleted stocks. In some cases, the wait times for new bicycles has blown out to approx. 500 days! As a result, many bicycle retailers (like us) are finding it increasingly more difficult to source and supply new bicycles, parts, and accessories. As a temporary cost-saving measure, we have made the decision to reduce our opening hours and our retail showroom will now only be open on days when we have sufficient work booked into the workshop to sustain us. We will continue to meet our customer's service and repair needs, we only ask that you book ahead to avoid disappointment.
