23.01.2022 So do you want to know who won the Nannup Christmas Lights competition? We like to keep everyone is suspense. Did you know that the Christmas Lights prize money is provided 50/50 by the Nannup Shire and BIGN? Did you know BIGN coordinated the installation of the decorated Christmas Trees on the white fences? (and didn't the school kids do a great job decorating them?) Did you know BIGN put on a late night Christmas Shopping event in December including free craft activities,... lollies, icecreams & rides for the kids? Did you know BIGN is a small group, but tries to do its best to promote the business community of Nannup? Did you know BIGN have recently upgraded the information signage boards at each end of town (including a updated town & regional map). BIGN members thank the Nannup community for its support. Please continue to support our Nannup businesses so we can continue to support our community. See more

19.01.2022 Please note: if you receive a phone call from someone offering a 'Website development' course for $295, and the caller implies that the CRC is involved in delivering this course... Please be aware that the only connection the CRC has with this course is by hiring out our training room to the facilitator. Even though the course is being held at the CRC, the website course is being delivered by an outside facilitator that has no connection with the CRC.

11.01.2022 Hi Kids Just taking a moment here to thank Constable Simon Bickers for giving a very informative and interesting talk last night at the BigN meeting. Simon offered a great deal of practical information in dealing with and trying to prevent some of the issues we are experiencing by way of property theft and break ins in Nannup. Some simple things to make life more difficult for those that have their eye on your hard earned goodies - sensor lights and remote home cameras are ac...cessible and relatively cheap now - and paying attention to who is around - or more importantly ( and harder) ....who shouldn't be around. Lock cars and houses - and don't leave stuff lying around that might appeal to these ratbags. And a good one for our wee town - work as a community - look out for each other and help minimize this activity. Also note - that the BigN meetings are open to all - and often have an interesting speaker that is relative to local and community issues. Phil Laird See more
