And no product will ever be able to name what "toxins" it removes, nor how. We all got to do our best to stay po...sitive through this challenging time. Here’s a few of our simple tips to make your Easter a bit healthier and happier. Quality over quantity. Opt for good quality chocolate which will be a nicer treat and not fully as bad for your body as the cheaper, lower quality chocolate that you will for sure eat more of! Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Thirst can often be mistaken for hunger! Keep meal times regular, healthy and don’t skip meals! You’ll be more likely to overindulge on chocolate when hungry. Focus on fun activities that make you happy! For us that’s of course exercise! There are lots of fun workouts you can do in your home or in your yard, and you’ll definitely feel better after!

08.01.2022 Healthy eating and fitness is the best way to attack high blood pressure and cholesterol, not some fancy new age naturopath crap, healthy eating is just keeping it simple, avoid processed foods, fast food, excess added sugar or fats and eating enough to match your daily calorie requirements. As for prescription medications they have been proven to be also damaging long term and it is not something you can just stop taking due to their side effects (especially blood pressure m...edications). A good PT with a real nutrition plan, working with a doctor can help you get off or possibly preventing needing medications. You may think a PT or regular fitness is expensive but long term it is a lot cheaper than blood pressure medication or health insurance or diabetes or the possible risk of surgeries and other medical issues and costs to go with it.(not to mention other added bonus not limiting your activity or ability to do things like sports events or trips etc). Studies have shown people that commit to regular fitness and good long term nutrition plan (not the latest fad diet) actually live longer while also considerably reducing the need or risk for non emergency health procedures and costs, which helps relieve unnecessary pressure on the health services. 03.01.2022 APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: THE TRUTH Let us join hands for a moment of silence in preparation for the impending storm of people who go bonkers after seeing this ...infographic. Before we dive in, it's important to keep in mind --> I'm not saying this to cause a stir or piss people off or make money. In fact, if my goal was to make money I would tell you to buy this stuff using an affiliate link with my code so I'd get kickback (which is what a lot of fit pros do, by the way, even though they know this stuff doesn't work). Listen, most of the people who use Apple Cider Vinegar (acv) were either told by a friend and/or articles online about the supposed benefits. And that's totally fine. But if you really dive into the research and peer reviewed studies you'll find the "benefits" we all see spread around the internet...don't exist. ACV does NOT burn fat. At all. Period. End of story. It *might* taste so awful that it causes you to lose your appetite so you end up eating less and subsequently lose weight. But there is ZERO evidence supporting the claim acv burns fat. As for reducing your cholesterol, lowering your risk of cancer, and reducing inflammation...no valid research to date. There is *some* research on rats and mice but it is highly flawed, not to mention they have completely different metabolic processes than humans. So to say "well it happened to mice so it must be true for humans" is outrageously inaccurate. Worth noting, if research does eventually come out saying acv has positive health benefits, I will take this post down and tell you immediately. My goal is to provided accurate, science based information - not feed an ego - so if there is legitimate research saying otherwise I will absolutely let you know. In the meantime, your best bet for fat loss, health, and function is to eat an overall "healthy" diet with lots of fruits and veggies and lean proteins, exercise regularly, sleep well, and stay hydrated. Do that, and you can't go wrong. I hope this helps and, as always, any questions leave em below
