23.01.2022 Here is tonight’s Gourmet BBQ menu. Chimichanga’s are comin’ out for another appearance tonight too: minced Cape Grim Brisket trim and pork shoulder, signature herbs and spice mix, homemade salsa, rice and cheese, wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. Topped with sour cream, chipotle aioli and served with a side of coleslaw. It’s a hot mess and so damn tasty. Add our homemade raspberry habanero sauce for an extra kick....
