21.01.2022 Big Rohs Kitchen Pizza Dough 800g Bakers Flour 200g Fine semolina 1 tablespoon sea salt 14g yeast or two sachets... 1 tablespoon honey Glug of olive oil 650ml warm water Combine water, honey, yeast and salt until bubbles start appearing (10-20 mins) in a warm place Add the flours Knead for 10 mins until elastic, or use a machine with a dough hook If you have one Leave to double in size in a bowl covered with cling film Divide into 6 dough balls and shape, allow to rise for 15 mins in a warm place Roll out using fine semolina to stop the dough sticking to your board and add your favourite Big Rohs toppings per the HIT Video Buon Appitito Big Roh Big Rohs Kitchen
