What a great day to spend some time at the farm to learn, experience and be inspired - literally hearing it straight from Farmer Greg and his dad Farmer Joe Petersen mouths. Then a chance to chill out for some Scones & Jams made by the resident cook, CC. Tea and coffee included.... There are spaces available but you need to book your tickets online. 14.01.2022 Woolooga, Gympie Region, Qld 4570 Hi everyone. My name is Cecilia or CC. My husband Greg and I are farmers and producers living in a 50 acre of fertile ground 4...5kms North West of Gympie here at Petersen's Farm We grow over 3,500 Rosella (edible Wild Hibiscus). We sell our Rosella fruits to public, jam makers, retailers, chefs and other producers. Our Rosella season just finished last month. We also grow some niche crops such Gem Squash, Cape Gooseberry, Tomatillos, Gourmet Tomatoes, Asian Vegies and Greens, Cassava, Red Bora Beans and more. We have a purposely built on-farm commercial kitchen. We use majority of our fresh produce and turn them into CC's Kitchen tasty and preservatives free condiments, just like what Grandma used to make. We specialised in All Things Rosella products with over 25 items such as Rosella Jams, Chutneys, Sauces, Cordial and Tea.
