25.01.2022 How good was Bare Bones Stout!? Then how great was MEGA Bare Bones Stout!? We are extending International Stout Day and making it International Stout Week as we bring you Mega Bare Bones Whiskey Barrel Aged Stout!!... We couldn't stop at taking the original Bare Bones up just a notch, so we've taken it up 2 notches and it is as excellent as you would imagine!! We have now tapped it and have VERY limited stock - so we'd recommend you make plans to get in ASAP if you want it!!

Giving you an immense tropical aroma, this juicy, hazy pale is incredibly easy drinking and at 5.2% is the perfect beer for an overcast day like today!!... 14.01.2022 It’s time for a cheeky Saturday Science class at the school of BSBC!! You may have noticed recently that the latest batch of our Cherry Popper Cider is much darker in colour that what you might be used to! There are a couple of reasons for this:... Firstly, Cherry Popper contains real cherry juice and our last delivery of cherry juice was darker than juice we'd had in the past! Our supplier hasn’t changed, but the simplest explanation for this is that the darker colour is a result of the cherries getting more sun during their harvest and producing a darker juice! The next reason we did have some control over! In past batches, we have added the cherry juice when the cider is in the Fermentation Vessel (FV). From there, the cider is filtered before moving to the Bright Tank (BT) a few days before canning to then be canned and ready for you to enjoy! For this current batch, the cherry juice was added when the cider was in the Bright Tank - so it has clearly retained a lot more colour that may usually fade a little during the filtration process! We hope this makes the reason Cherry Popper is a little bit darker now a bit clearer. The change in colour has not affected the flavour, so you’ll be glad to know it’s still as delicious as always!!
