Scheduling of Customer Installations including installer scheduling and organisation Submission of Energy Retailer and Grid Connect applications Stock ordering and handling Management of all relevant job documents/photos in our electronic database Liaising with customers and installers in relation to installation Updating of our Solar CRM for all new installs Key Skills and Experience: Previous Scheduling Experience advantageous but admin experience highly regarded Pleasant phone manner Ability to multi-task Effective communication and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers. Previous CRM experience a bonus Fluent in English Experience in the Solar industry (desirable) Experience in the building or construction industry (desirable) The ability to work within a fast paced environment independently with a positive and proactive attitude.
