25.01.2022 Welcome to the team, Chris Mullins! We are lucky enough to have this gardening extraordinaire working on the homestead garden as well as helping out on the farm. Chris has a background in horticulture and has already whipped the garden into shape for wedding guests to enjoy during and after ceremonies.

10.01.2022 Looking for a cleaner to work one day a week at Big Springs. Applicant must have an eye for detail and be a thorough cleaner. Two premises will need to be cleaned. The cleaning required will include vacuuming, moping, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, etc. Cleaning equipment can be supplied if required. 09.01.2022 Introducing Emily Everett (picture with her partner, James Blanchard) who has commenced as Wedding Coordinator and Venue Manager for Big Springs Homestead. Both Em and Jimmy were already part of the team, so it was a very natural transition. Em will be working with our current clients, showing venue tours, wedding coordination and keeping Big Springs Homestead running smoothly while Lily takes some maternity leave.
