08.01.2022 @hylndrr has been training with me for the past 3 months We set some goals at the start to lose fat , gain muscle and get stronger, in this time we added about 20kgs to he’s bench (100kg bench in the video), lost fat around chest stomach and back, and he’s arms exploded busting out of he’s shirts He also got stronger in every other area of training We achieved this by 1.writing down he’s workouts and using progressive overload every week ... 2.using a variety of compound and isolation exercises 3.using different rep ranges for both strength and hypotrophy 4. Staying consistent and showing up every single session and putting in the bloody work Been an absolute pleasure working with him and look forward to the next phase of training
